Meet Dr. Denise Sincere

Dr. Denise Sincere is a Global Wellness Mentor and Mental Resilience Coach who is passionate about empowering women leaders and decision-makers worldwide to enhance their wellness and elevate their confidence.

As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former police officer, Dr. Denise brings a unique perspective and exceptional credibility to her coaching. She is driven by her journey of conquering chronic pain and depression after suffering in silence, and she is fueled with passion to assist others in prioritizing their health and wellness.

Meeting Dr. Denise: Transforming Health Challenges

Transitioning through health changes is often a difficult time for most persons, especially when these changes are unexpected events and include your loved ones. It was by no coincidence that during this period that I had the distinct opportunity to meet Dr. Denise Sincere while she was vacationing at the Marriott’s St. Kitts Beach Club. I discovered through our conversations that Dr. Denise was genuinely sincere about the wellness of my mind, body and soul and the universe’ alignment of this meeting couldn't be more timely. Dr. Sincere created a safe space for me to engage and express my personal thoughts and feelings. This was a paradigm shift as I’m not uSe to opening up about my personal life. I continue to marvel at the practical and resourceful knowledge she imparted so that I could better manage the situation I was experiencing. Within the last year, my mom has been faced with several health challenges that has impacted both her physical and mental wellness. As the family acclimates to these changes, there has been several situations that surfaced which created much discomfort and confusion. In opening up to Dr. Sincere, she enlightened me on important it was to embrace what was happening and also to educate myself and other family members about this transition. Details that once appeared minute, were explained in their simplest form to better assist me with navigating through this period with my mom. What was profound is that Dr. Sincere was not interested in my mom’s situation, but was also genuinely interested in my wellness. She consistently reached out about feedback on the progress of my mom with the tips she shared. She continues to check in regularly and is always ready to offer advice. I’d like to share these key takeaways to anyone who may be experiencing a major health transition with a family member or loved one. These were tips that were shared with me and they’ve been extremely beneficial: 1. Become more knowledgeable of the health condition 2. Know what makes them comfortable and respect their decisions 3. Apply technological devices as a form of support 4. Encourage them to join communities or support groups As a result of the professional knowledge shared, I was able to offer more comfort to my mom, she was opened to share how she felt about certain scenarios and this allowed me to work seamlessly with her. Her frustration was reduced because I listened to her, I demonstrated interest in her preferences and she was able to feel empowered as she remained central in the decisions related to her. Dr. Sincere thank you for allowing me to open up and thank you for pouring into me. Because of my interaction with you, I have a renewed sense of appreciation for life and wellness. Since implementing these measures, I’m amazed at the turn around and interestingly I’m driven to do more of what makes my mom feel more comfortable and empowered. I’m encouraged and motivated to cascade what I’ve learned to my family members and the process of getting them onboard is improving. You are truly a great resource and I will continue to look to you for that strength and encouragement.
